*The price is for each house daily and includes:

1)Pool access.
2)Residence for 4-5 persons in both air conditioned bedrooms of the house.
3)Private garden and parking space.
4)A fully equipped kichen (fridge,cooker,toaster,saucepans,plates,
glasses,cutllery,rubbish plastic bags).
4)W.C Shower: hot-cold water.
5)We hand over to you clean bedsheets and towels twice per week.
6) Portable bbq.
7) Sattelite tv,free access to internet with your laptop at the terrance of your house.

General conditions:

1)Your Stay Cannot consist of less than 7 days.
2)Your reservation will be concidered cancelled if you not arrive within 3 days pass your arrival date without confirming with us before.
3)We are responsible for the excellent conditions of your house.
4)We are responsible for the excellent function of the swimming pool.
The pool functions without a lifeguard and we are not responsible for any accident due to not obeying to the written rules of security.
6)We are not responsible of any possible water or electric shortager that are caused by public service.
7)Animals are not allowed.

Terms of Payment:

1)A 40% deposit of rent is to be paid within 5 days after you have received our confirmation.Balance will be paid by the arrival.
2)If you wish to cancel your reservation you will lose your deposit.
